Villa il Castellaccio #2 Chianti ,Tuscany apartment with swimming pools

The rural complex of Villa il Castellaccio, once a fully working farm, is set in a beautiful panoramic position in the heart of Chianti, between Florence, Siena and Arezzo . The apartments, all recently reconstructed from the original farm buildings are furnished in style and comfort with all mod-cons .They all have their own entrances on different sides of the complex giving each a sense of privacy. They share a big terrace with barbeque area, gardens and the main swimming-pool, but often it will seem like you are the only guests, it's always so peaceful and quiet !

Castellaccio 2, sleeps 5 people, in it you will find: a sitting room with fire place, dining room and large fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower, 1 twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower, an extra bathroom with WC.
Above the living-room, there is a little open loft study with a single bed.
The apartment has a private outdoor porch with a dinning table and chairs.

Included in price: All household linen per week, Wi-Fi, electricity, hot water, gas for cooking,1 eventual baby-cot on request, parking.
Not included to pay on spot: Heating calculated on consumption Oct – March (approx Euro 2,50 per hour), Sojourn Tax: 2 euro per person per night for maximum of 7 nights and only for people over 14 years, final cleaning 12 euro per person (miimum 40 euro)
Also required at check-in (but not a cost) a security guarantee in CASH which is returned to you at end of stay: Euro 200
