On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (wood/coal). The entrance leads directly in the bedroom. Lots of stairs - not suitable for wheelchairs. Access to the bedrooms via a 13 m long roofed porch, the so-called granary. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Common room 24 sqm and with fireplace, lounge, dinette and- with bar counter (fridge, sink), fireplace with fireplace insert, table football and seating (up to 36 people) with direct access from the garden suitable for social events (celebrations, weddings). The dinette offers space for 12 persons. You have access to the terrace.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 single bed. Bedroom 21 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed at sleeping accommodation and Access through the veranda. 2 bedrooms each 35 sqm and with 1 double bed and 3 single beds and Access through the veranda. Living room with 1 double bed, 1 single bed and 1 baby bed. Kitchen 24 sqm and with dishwasher, gas stove, oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, electric water boiler and with LCD and fireplace. Bathroom with shower and WC. Bathroom with shower, WC and 1 separate toilet. Bathroom 8 sqm and with bathtub and WC.

Ostružno, 286 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a farm, on a 2000 sqm enclosed garden plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Parking is available on the property.
