The property accommodates 14 people, spread across 5 cozy bedrooms and 3 luxurious bathrooms. From the living room extends a panoramic window, allowing you to admire the beautiful nature around you. Each room is equipped with a television, ready for a relaxing evening with satellite or Netflix entertainment. And the kitchen? A modern, fully equipped space with a giant dining table to enjoy delicious meals together. Don't forget to bring some wine specialties for the small but fine wine cellar.



When the sun is shining, the terrace invites relaxation with comfortable garden furniture, perfect for a quiet morning or a romantic sunset. Barbecuing under the starry sky or enjoying the warmth of a fireplace, the wood is already prepared for you, free of charge. And for ultimate relaxation, there's a sauna and jacuzzi, included in the price, although energy costs are calculated separately. In winter, 20 kW of electricity is included, in summer 100 kW.



The Liberec region offers a wealth of activities for both adventurers and culture enthusiasts. Golf enthusiasts can tee off at nearby golf courses just 17 km away, while history buffs can immerse themselves in the local traditions of neighboring towns - Jilemnice (10 km), Semily (15 km), Benecko (16 km), and Ponikla (6 km). Don't forget to explore the Dolomite caves for an underground adventure you won't soon forget.
