The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Please strip sheets, bed spread/blankets, and pillowcases and put in laundry basket on top of washer/ dryer. Please put all used towels, including kitchen towels used in laundry basket.
Please wash all dishes, pots/pans, or any kitchen item. Make sure to empty coffee carafe and coffee grounds. PLEASE TAKE OUT ALL TRASH WHEN YOU CHECK OUT.
Please turn off all lights, TV, when leaving cottage at all times. Please make sure to keep outdoor porch light off after 10:30 pm. I do not charge a cleaning fee so I appreciate all of the above.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
PLEASE, no smoking or Vaping of any kind inside of cottage or on the property. If smoking you will be asked to leave. Thank you!
PLEASE DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE IN COTTAGE. This is a must because of the hardwood floors.
Please do not use fireplace. This is for personal use only and guest are not covered under insurance policy.
