Die Wohnung war in einem guten Zustand und auch die Möglichkeit eines Parkplatzes war hervorragend.Leider waren die Matratzen vom Bett schon sehr verschlissen und Komfort ist etwas anderes. Weiterhin war die inserierte Waschmaschine nicht funktionstüchtig laut Aussage bei der Übergabe, das war ebenfalls ein kleiner Dämpfer.Die Lage direkt am Stand und nur wenige Gehminuten zur Promenade und ÖPNV waren ebenfalls sehr angenehm.
