- The primary renter must be at least 30 years of age and must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay. - Guests may be asked to present identification upon arrival or during the stay. - This unit cannot be sub-rented or used by another party.
**Additional Details** - No pets allowed (HOA policy). - No drugs, smoking or vaping. - No events, parties, or firearms. - Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (or as posted).
Trash must be bagged and placed in the community dumpster located in the Heron’s Watch rear parking lot area. Kayaks may be stored in the wooded area near the dock (kayak racks in the parking lot are reserved for owners only).
**Wi-Fi & Connectivity** Wi-Fi is provided but not guaranteed. No refunds will be issued for connectivity issues. Guests who require reliable internet are encouraged to bring a personal hotspot.
Upon booking, you will receive timely communications and access instructions for our custom keyless entry system as well as the entry gate code. The condo is professionally cleaned and sanitized before your arrival. I am available to assist with any questions or needs before, during, or after your stay.
