Luxury 3-room apartment with a terrace, located in a quiet neighborhood

Within walking distance of the Munich Trade Fairgrounds!<br>The accommodation<br>The apartment features a master bedroom with a 180-cm-wide box-spring bed and an en-suite bathroom.<br>This area also includes a small sauna.<br>The guest room features a fold-out bed that is 140 cm wide. There is also a separate desk here.<br>The living area is divided into a kitchenette, dining area, and classic living room. If needed, one additional person can sleep on the couch, or a camp bed can be provided.<br>The terrace offers seating and dining space for up to 7 people and a lounge chair. A gas grill is also available.<br>Additional Important Information<br>Each guest is provided with a fresh, clean comforter and pillow, as well as a set of towels. The beds are also made up with fresh fitted sheets, with a hygienic, breathable mattress pad underneath.<br>I provide soap, shampoo, and other toiletries for my guests.<br><br>I usually live in the apartment, so the closets and shelves are filled with my personal belongings.<br>All items in the kitchen and living area are available for everyone to use. If a glass or plate breaks, please let me know when you check out.<br>Unfortunately, I do not allow my guests to throw parties!
