The Lärche holiday rental (60 m²) features 2 separate bedrooms, a large living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower, a toilet, and 2 balconies (sleeps 4–6 people).<br><br><br><br>Our house is situated in a wonderfully quiet location on the edge of the forest, yet just a few minutes’ walk from the centre of Filzmoos. We rent out 3 cosy apartments for 2–4 people, each with a balcony or garden access. An ideal starting point for beautiful hikes in both summer and winter. You can walk directly from the house to the slopes. The ski lifts, cross-country trails, ski schools, and the Filzmoos Recreation Park are all easily accessible without a car. A bread roll delivery service is available.<br><br><br><br>On-site costs: Included: FILZMOOS SUMMER CARD, Wi-Fi, parking, bed linens, shower and hand towels.Not included: Accommodation and mobility taxes, bread delivery service. Additional costs: Pets €15/day; final cleaning between €40 and €50. Children’s discount available upon request.

Perfetto!

Posto super accogliente, pulizia, privacy, posizione, proprietari.. Abbiamo passato una settimana incantevole. Il paese è comodo per andare a visitare le diverse parti della regione, per passeggiare ci sono diversi percorsi che partono ai piedi della casa. Il posto è come descritto se non meglio. Consigliamo!

Skiurlaub

Wir waren im Januar ca. eine Woche bei Familie Nagl . Die Wohnung ist ganz sauber und komplett eingerichtet. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Lage aber trotzdem zentral. Skilifte sind in paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Alles in allem kann ich die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.
