Water's Edge Cottage - New 2026!

Castine: Tucked away on Wilson Point Road, this waterfront home offers a private setting with sweeping views across the Penobscot River. Enjoy strolling along your own gravel beach while taking in the sights of seals, shorebirds, and abundant wildlife in this peaceful, wooded retreat.

This Gambrel-style home, originally built in 1978, was thoughtfully expanded to include a first-floor primary bedroom suite. The living room features a wood-burning fireplace and large windows that open to a waterside deck, perfectly framing the scenic views. The main level also includes a kitchen, dining area, laundry, powder room, and den.

Upstairs, you'll find the original primary bedroom with a glass door leading to a private waterside balcony, along with two additional bedrooms and a full hallway bath.

The property has been a popular vacation rental, we are delighted to be offering it this season!
