No Parties or Events
Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. Exterior security cameras are located at the front and back doors for safety and security purposes only. Unauthorized parties or excessive noise may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

Smoking, Pets & Guests
• No smoking or vaping indoors ($150 fine for violations).
• Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved before booking.
• Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Unauthorized guests may result in additional charges or cancellation.

Check-In / Check-Out
• Check-in: After 4:00 PM
• Check-out: By 10:00 AM
• Late check-out without prior approval may incur additional fees.

Please respect our neighbors and keep noise levels low after 9:00 PM.

Bunk Bed Safety Rules
• Children using bunk beds should be supervised by adults.
• No jumping, rough play, or climbing on bunk beds.
• Top bunks are not recommended for children under 6 years old.
• Guests use bunk beds at their own risk.

Please flush toilet paper only. Do not flush wipes, feminine products, paper towels, or other items, as they may cause plumbing damage and repair fees.
