If this is not possible for you or if you have questions about your desired travel dates, please contact us in advance using the non-binding enquiry form. Bed linens (12 € per person) and towels (8 € per person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so that we can bill you separately and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.

The “Seeschwalbe” house warmly welcomes you to Steinwarder!
The 45 units are spread across 6 floors and can be easily reached via the staircase or lift. Each apartment features a balcony with a view of the inland lake or the sea. You’ll find barrier-free access on both sides of the main entrance.

You can park your car in your apartment’s designated parking space.
Bike racks and storage areas for water sports equipment are available behind the building.
From here, you can also walk straight to the small private beach with a boat dock leading out onto the inland lake. Whether you’re using a SUP, kayak, Opti, or inflatable dinghy: on the shallow lake, you can take a relaxing trip out on the water right from the property and watch the waterfowl.
Trash containers for general waste and plastics are located in the car park to the left of the house, by the street. Paper recycling bins are located across the street, 150 metres away.

Perfect for longer stays: On the ground floor of the house, there is a shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer available for your use.
