We are sorry to learn that certain aspects of your stay did not fully meet your expectations.
Regarding the jacuzzi, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by its malfunction during your 12-night stay. We understand how disappointing this must have been, and we are continuously working to ensure that all amenities function properly for our guests. We appreciate your patience and are glad that you were eventually reimbursed for the issue.
Concerning the kitchen supplies, we want to clarify that, as a self-catering vacation rental, the property is provided with basic items and utensils for the initial days of your stay. This includes essential items to help you settle in. Guests are free to purchase additional products or utensils based on their personal preferences for the remainder of their visit.
