With 133 m², up to four guests have plenty of space to unwind. There are two cozy bedrooms, a stylish living area with a fireplace, and an open, fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, filter and Nespresso coffee machines.



The elegant bathroom features a shower, corner bathtub, and private sauna—perfect for relaxing after a day by the sea. Underfloor heating provides warmth throughout the apartment.



The wraparound rooftop terrace is a highlight, offering views over the Wadden Sea, the coast, and the green countryside—from sunrise to sunset. Enjoy a glass of wine and the sound of the waves for unforgettable moments.

Pros: The view Cons: The kitchen could be better equipt, especialy for Familys. More cleaningtools and relax chairs for the balkoni would be Great.

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit wunderbaren rundum Blick.

Pros: Meerblick und die vielen Terassen in drei Himmelsrichtungen. Cons: Leider waren im Aussenbereich Bauarbeiten durchgeführt.

Tolle Wohnung in super Lage!

Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und wirkt noch einladender wie auf den Bildern. Alles an Ausstattung vorhanden. Die Sauna und Kamin sind natürlich perfekt, ebenso die Dachterrasse. Der Ausblick von dort ist wunderschön . Traumhafte Wohnung! Definitiv 5 Sterne wert!!!! Allerdings ist der Preis doch nicht ganz ohne…. daher 1 Stern Abzug Cons: Der Preis pro Nacht ist ziemlich hoch. Ebenso die Reinigungskosten. Die Kosten für das Wäscheset könnten im Preis enthalten sein.

Top Wohnung mit beeindruckender Aussicht

Pros: Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und gehoben. Geräte funktionieren alle und die Betten sind auch gemütlich. Die Schlaglöcher auf dem Parkplatz wurden während unseres Aufenthaltes ausgebessert und der Parkplatz ist zwar nicht direkt am Haus aber in einer Minute zu erreichen. Cons: Der Aufpreis für die Bettbezüge erscheint bei dem Übernachtubgspreis recht hoch und könnte auch gerne im Preis enthalten sein. Wenn man länger bleibt relativieren sich die Kosten auch wieder. Für Familien wäre ein Hochstuhl noch ein super Bonus, aber das war vorher bekannt, also konnten wir es einplanen.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und sauber, der Ausblick atemberaubend. Vermieter sehr nett.

Cons: Selbst Gartenmöbel rausholen Selbst Betten beziehen und erstmal Handtücher und Bettwäsche einfordern, sollte bei dem Preis eigentlich inklusive sein. Außerdem zahlt man exorbitante Reinigungsgebühren für die Unterkunft plus nochmal für Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Ziemlich schade.
