Die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr gut.Sehr schön ruhig in einer Sackgasse.Die Wege zum Einkauf und zum Strand waren sehr gut fußläufig zu erledigen.Wie auch schon andere Mieter müssen wir den riesigen Spiegelschrank im Bad bemängeln.Durch den dadurch schmalen Zugang ist selbst schmalen Personen der Eintritt sehr schwer gemacht.Vielleicht könnte man den Eigentümer darauf hinweisen dieses zu ändern.Eine Mikrowelle wäre auch nicht schlecht.Wir würden dieses Objekt nochmal mieten.

Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Schade das es zum Wohnzimmer und Küche keine Tür gibt.

Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Schade das es zum Wohnzimmer und Küche keine Tür gibt. Das Elternbett mit 1,60m ist sehr schmal und durch die Schiebetür womit das Schlafzimmer vom Wohnbereich getrennt ist, ergibt sich kein bedonderer Schallschutz. Der Spiegelschrank im Badezimmer viel zu groß so das man als etwas fülligere Person schlecht ins Badezimmer kommt. Einige Rollläden sind nicht zu schließen und Fenster teilweise nicht zu öffnen. Im Badezimmer befindet sich an 2 Stellen schwarzer Schimmel. Die Küchenausstattung ist ausreichend wobei eine Mikrowelle sehr schön gewesen wäre.
