Experience waterfront living at its best in this 2/3-bedroom home. The main level bright airy open space includes kitchen, dining and living area, all with views of Clear Lake. Access to the wrap around deck is via two sliding glass doors. There is a bedroom and office on the main level and a master bedroom suite upstairs. The upper level also has a deck, perfect for morning coffee moments, or epic sunsets over Mt. Konocti. The lower level is a great gaming spot or bunk house for additional guests, as there are two sets of bunk beds, and the space spans the length of the house.
The park-like exterior offers meandering paths down to your own shady deck area and pier! A great spot for fishing and enjoying the lake breezes.
