Experience waterfront living at its best in this 2/3-bedroom home. The bright airy main level includes kitchen, dining and living area, all with views of Clear Lake and Mt Konocti. Access the wrap around deck via two sliding glass doors. Main level offers a bedroom and office, the master bedroom suite is upstairs. The upper level also has a deck, perfect for morning coffee moments, or epic sunsets. The lower level is a great gaming spot or bunk house for additional guests, as there are two sets of bunk beds, and the space spans the length of the house.
The park-like exterior offers meandering paths down to your own shady deck area and pier! A great spot for fishing and enjoying the lake breezes.
