Unwind in the relaxing jacuzzi tub. We have 4TVs, foosball table, and a pool table. Dine at nearby Casinos and listen to live bands. Weekends are busy with festivals around the lake. Enjoy music in the Parks. Take a hike on Mt Konocti hiking trail. Plenty of areas to go fishing.

Neighborhood is quiet. Beautiful views. The home is spacious and very comfortable. Kitchen is stocked with cooking essentials.

Stores are nearby. In Lucerne, Lakeview market has a butcher about 3 miles away. Best meat in the county. There is a Safeway, Grocery Outlet, Dollar Tree and IGA Market for your shopping needs in Clearlake. There is a Big 5, Tractor Supply and Walmart also in Clearlake.
