Excellent communication, host always responded within minutes, clear communications, this was wonderful! The property is lovely, photo's exactly as is, except, the pool is nice and big, hard to see on photo's, really an amazing backyard with so much to do, good seating, gas BBQ, good outside lights at night. Inside was perfectly clean, nice rooms and bedrooms, nice big refrigerator! This is a great hang out spot for big groups. Strict quiet hours after 10:00pm, keep this in mind, you cannot have a party here, but for gatherings of friends and families, this is perfect. We used it as a gathering for my son and his friends, it was his wedding weekend, this was just the perfect place and I will highly recommend it!

We had an excellent stay. Our son was playing in a baseball tournament nearby and this property was a perfect place to retreat to at the end of the day. The outdoor space was perfect for our kids to play around. The inside was clean and spacious. We will look to rebook again if we are in the area again.

Host was great and very communicative. There were however a few issues, skittish neighbors as there were 5-7 people making a lot of noise throughout the night. The pool was also a major reason why we rented this place and unfortunately it wasn't cleaned so we didn't use it. This was a bummer and a bit of a buzzkill. Pricing was also a bit high given the location. Pricey cleaning fee but expected to wash dishes, etc before check out doesn't make much sense but we obliged.

The pool was professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. There was significant rainfall during your stay, which can sometimes affect pool appearance. Had we been made aware of any concerns, we would have gladly sent our pool service team back out to address them. Regarding the neighboring noise you mentioned, we were not aware of any concerns during your stay. We encourage guests to reach out immediately if anything impacts their experience, as we are always happy to help and do our best to resolve issues in real time. As for checkout, we ask guests to complete a few simple tasks, such as loading and starting the dishwasher. This allows our cleaning team to focus on the extensive deep cleaning and preparation required between reservations in our five-bedroom home. We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best.
