The modern kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, microwave and much more.



Outdoor enthusiasts will love the location: Only 550m from the Garfrescha chairlift ski area, the villa offers direct access to winter sports activities such as skiing and snowboarding. The private heated pool (12x5m) and spacious terrace invite you to relax. Additional highlights include a garden, garden furniture, and a barbecue area.



For adventure seekers, there are numerous activities in the area: mountain biking, hiking, climbing, paragliding and rafting. The Verwall Nature Park is only 50m away, and the Ill River is right at the doorstep. A supermarket and restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity.



The villa offers WiFi, satellite TV, a fireplace and is equipped with modern technology. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. The perfect accommodation for families and groups looking for nature, sports and comfort!

Super house but a few issues

It is an extremely well equipped house with the most modern infrastructure for ski depot and welness. However, this house is not ski in/ski out as mentioned (lifts at 4 km). The pool heating was broken and despite multiple asks to the owner they only fixed it on the last day of our holidays…so we have not been able to swim.
