Die Lage ist mit der Nähe zum Strand und zur Innenstadt top! Preis-Leistung ist auch okay. Die Möbel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber erfüllen ihren Zweck. Es ist sauber und das ist wichtig. Das Einzige, was im Winter nicht sehr angenehm war, dass es durch die Fenster sehr gezogen hat und es abends trotz Heizung ziemlich frisch war. Trotzdem würde ich die Wohnung weiter empfehlen, weil die Lage einfach klasse ist.
