Welcome to this custom built, 3900 Sq/Ft secluded farmhouse in Delhi, Louisiana on 6 Acres of manicured property, only 15 Minutes away from the Richland Parish Meta Data Center and 40 Minutes from Monroe, LA to the West and Vicksburg, MS to the East. With four bedrooms accommodating 8 guest, featuring two king beds and two queen beds so there’s plenty of space both inside and out for the busy executive and his family and guests to relax. The home has expansive porches both front and rear. The Master Bedroom includes a large shower and bathtub and the other 3 bedrooms include showers and 1 bedroom can also function as an office so the home is perfect for unwinding after a long day of work or after exploring everything that is sportsman's paradise. Inside, your and your guests can enjoy a peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to feel right at home. Whether you’re gathering in the spacious living areas or enjoying some quiet time, this tranquil retreat offers a private, refreshing waterfront escape surround by beautiful farmland. We look forward to hosting you at The LolliPop Farmhouse.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
For stays greater that 5 Nights, please do a basic wipe down of kitchen and bath areas and vacuum areas. Ensure all doors and windows are locked upon exiting / checking out of the property
Please be sure to leave the house keys where you collected them from OR turn them over to the property manager - Greg Cook
Please be sure to securely latch and lock to entry gate and email through your VRBO Account Email confirming that you have checked out and exited the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Motorcycles EBikes operated on the property - Childs rideable-toys OK outdoors only and not on porches or ramps, No discharging firearms/fireworks
Pets are not allowed on indoor furniture, outdoor bathing of pets only, vacuum loose pet hair, pet must be kenneled if guests are away or sleeping.
No open fires (Campfires) on windy days, during parish or state periods of burn-bans, pit fires only allowed in firepit. No smoking within the house.
