Geräumige Villa mit allen Extras
Wer 3 schöne Schlafzimmer,Vollausgestatte Küche,Riesen Garten ,geräumiges Wohnzimmer sucht ist hier genau richtig.Hausherr ist freundlich und gibt aus eigenem Garten Äpfel,Birnen,Tomaten,Zuchinie,Rosmarin etc .
Terrasse mit Sitzgruppe . Die Hauptstraße verläuft 50 Meter vom Haus man hört Sie aber kaum . Dafür ist man in 10 Minuten am Lago Maggiore.
Alles in allem eine Top Location 👍

Schönes, einfaches Ferienhaus mit gepflegtem Garten auf dem Lande
Für unsere Familie war das Haus ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im angrenzenden Naturschutzgebiet. Der Garten wurde von den Kindern zum Spielen und von den Erwachsenen zum Ausspannen genutzt.
Rancio Valcuvia ist ein kleiner Ort. Dennoch gibt es Supermärkte und Restaurants nur wenige Fahrminuten entfernt. Auch eine Bar ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Entfernung zu den diversen Seen war für uns angemessen.
Die Vermieter sind zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und sehr respektvoll. Sie wohnen wenige hundert Meter entfernt, so dass sie bei eventuellen Problemen schnell vor Ort sein können.
Alles in allem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.
