Vacation home Camelia with fantastic views over Lake Maggiore (IT)

The house Camelia is a complet renovate (2015) rustico in an absolutely beautiful panoramic location with 180° views over the Lake Maggiore and the Lombard Alpine foothills. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a bathroom (toilet, douche, wash mashine), the little open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, induction hob) and the living room with fireplace. On the second floor there is a bedroom with balcony and a bathroom (WC, douche).
In front of the house there is a big sun terrace with view over Lake Maggiore. The garden (3000qm) is with lavender, jasmine, grapevine, kiwi tree etc.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in dieser Unterkunft. Das Grundstück ist einfach toll, die Lage wirklich traumhaft und herrlich ruhig mitten in der Natur. Für uns war es der perfekte Ort, um mit Hund zu wandern, zu entspannen und abzuschalten. Auch die Kommunikation war einwandfrei und sehr angenehm. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft an sich war für uns ideal, es war sehr sauber, die Küche war voll funktional und das Grundstück war eingezäunt, so dass die Hunde sich frei bewegen konnten.Einzig der sehr steile und bei Näße rutschige Zugang zum Grundstück war eine Herausforderung; wir hatten uns aber nach 2-3 Tagen daran gewöhnt.

Tolles Haus mit grandiosem Ausblick!

Das Haus ist wirklich toll und mit allem ausgestattet was das Herz begehrt… der Zugang war uns mit Baby allerdings nicht wirklich möglich.. der Weg zum Haus hin ist eine Steigung mit Platten, bei unserer Ankunft hat es geregnet, da war der Weg unglaublich rutschig. Mit Baby auf dem Arm konnte man hier leider nicht wieder runter gehen und eine Benutzung des Kinderwagens war gar nicht möglich. Wir hätten uns die Information vom Gastgeber vorab gewünscht. Wir konnten dann aber problemlos unseren Aufenthalt stornieren. Der Kontakt mit Angelika lief hier wirklich problemlos!!!

Sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus und das Grundstück sind sehr gepflegt und der Ausblick ist wirklich grandios.Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat hervorragend funktioniert.Unser Hund hat sich auf dem komplett eingezäunten Grundstück ebenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt.Einziges Manko für uns, die wir schon etwas älter sind, war der Zugang von der Straße zum Haus, für jüngere und/oder sportlichere Menschen ist das aber sicher kein Problem.Alles in allem war es ein wunderbarer Urlaub.

Es war eine tolle Unterkunft. Perfekt für eine Auszeit mit Hund. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt und sehr groß und gut gepflegt. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Ein perfekter Urlaub!

Super Ferienhaus in traumhafter Lage. Die Terrasse mit dem Blick auf den See ist einmalig. Perfekt für uns war der Wanderweg unterhalb des Hauses für unseren morgendlichen Spaziergang mit Hund. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Einfach ein Traum

Alles war perfekt. Für den unglaublichen Blick von der Terrasse fehlen schon fast die Worte. Ein toll eingerichtetes Haus - absolutes Highlight waren die Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern und Türen… ich würde gerne mehr als 5 Sterne vergeben. Eine klare Empfehlung!!!!!

Bei bestem Wetter, außer einem Tag, haben wir die Tage in diesem wunderschönen Haus, an diesem wunderschönen Ort, bei absoluter Ruhe sehr genossen. Dieses Objekt ist in allen Belangen sehr zu empfehlen. Übersehen habe ich bei der Buchung dass es kein TV gibt, was aber letztendlich total egal war. W Lan hat super funktioniert.

Fantastische und ruhige Lage

Das Objekt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war extrem ruhig und hat einen tollen Blick auf den Lago Maggiore. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut, und es war alles sehr sauber. Grosse Bäder mit guten Duschen. Heizungen waren vorhanden. WLAN ging auch gut. Einzig die Küchenausstattung (Luxusproblem) könnte noch etwas besser sein (Brotmesser, 2. Pfanne, etwas mehr Geschirr), aber sonst sind die Geräte sehr hochwertig. Der letzte Teil vom Weg zum Haus ist bei Regen (und bei Schnee) etwas schwer begehbar (rutschig), da es recht steil ist.
