In our holiday apartments you sleep on slatted frames made of pine wood, untreated and free of metal and plastic. The bedware is in natural linen. Enjoy the relaxing scent of pine wood in all rooms of the apartment.
We offer comfortable warm rooms in the winter and pleasantly cool rooms in the summer due to a geothermal natural heating and cooling system. There is an elevator in the building.

Lydia, die Vermieterin, ist unwahrscheinlich herzlich und jederzeit ansprechbar. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und war von ihr und der Unterkunft einfach nur begeistert. Jederzeit wieder.

wunderschöner Aufenthalt im Zentrum von Meran

Wir waren für 3 einhalb Monate in Meran und hatten ein wunderschönes Appartement für diese Zeit. Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich, sauber und sehr komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Gastgeberin Lydia war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Es war ein toller Aufenthalt und wärmstens zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Gut ausgestattetes, modernes Appartement zentral gelegen

Das Appartement war sauber und modern eingerichtet. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Supermarkt, Bäcker sowie Fußgängerzone liegt alles max 3-5 Gehminuten entfernt. Gerne wieder

Mitten drin und alles vorhanden

Mein Appartment ist super ausgestattet; die Vermieterin legt auf gute Qualität viel Wert. Zum ersten Mal hatte ich nicht nur einen Wasserkocher, sondern auch eine Teekanne - welch ein Luxus für eine Teetrinkerin. Die Einrichtung ist nicht nur funktional, sondern auch sehr geschmackvoll. Die Straßengeräusche werden von den Lärmschutzfenstern ferngehalten. Für Frischluftfanatiker kann die Lage problematisch sein, da eigentlich nur die Stunden zwischen 23:00 Uhr und 06:00 Uhr verkehrsmäßig ruhig sind. Das einzige, das mir als gerne Lesende fehlte, war ein bequemer Sessel. Ansonsten: alles wunderbar und eine sehr nette Vermieterin.

Meran ist eine sehr schöne belebte Stadt, die einen guten Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen bietet.

Sehr schöne, saubere Ferienwohnung direkt im Zentrum, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Auch Hunde werden hier herzlich empfangen. Wir kommen gern wieder.
