"Ocean Place" sea view vacation apartment on the Baltic Sea - 3 minutes' walk to the beach

The beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz is located between the Schlei and the Baltic Sea. Right on the beach promenade stands the apartment building featuring the stunning, nautically themed “Ocean Place” apartment.

The gorgeous balcony offers a sweeping view of the harbour scene and the passing sailboats. A high-quality seating set and sun loungers are provided for enjoying relaxing hours in the sun.

The elegantly Scandinavian-style living area of “Ocean Place” features a comfortable sofa arrangement, inviting you to unwind in front of a lovely open fire. A large flat-screen TV provides entertainment here. The floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows perfectly reflect the changing light conditions and offer a view of the vast ocean at all times.

The high-quality, fully equipped built-in kitchen is sure to delight amateur chefs. Thanks to the directly adjoining dining area, cosy get-togethers and the preparation of delicious meals go hand in hand.

Two bedrooms with floor-to-ceiling windows—which can be darkened with curtains—and comfortable box-spring beds guarantee restful nights. From here, our guests also enjoy a beautiful view of the harbour cinema.

The modern bathroom features a whirlpool tub, making it the ideal place to relax.

A parking space is reserved for you right in front of the “Ocean Place” holiday rental.

The wide, white sandy beach is just a three-minute walk from your holiday home and offers swimming, restaurants, and various beach sections for naturists, dogs, or even surfing and kitesurfing.
