Ideal for couples, families, or friends, the property includes a private balcony with intracoastal and pool views, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area with sleeper sofa, fast Wi‑Fi, 3 smart TVs, 2 spacious bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms.

Guests enjoy a designated covered parking spot along with access to the community pool and fishing dock where they can also dock a rental boat. The condo is within walking distance of Publix, restaurants, shops, nightlife, and local attractions, and just a 4‑minute drive to John’s Pass Village & Boardwalk. Guest also enjoy using all beach equipment available at the condo including beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, beach towels and toys!

When we arrived the condo was spotless. It's location is perfectly nestled between the gulf and the bay. Parking was super accessible and the owners answered any questions we had before, during, and after our stay within minutes. My family really enjoyed how the area wasn't crowded at all considering its peak season, yet we were within 15 minutes of city vibes as well as family fun. We will definitely be back!
