Check-in process was simple and easy. Kitchen had everything you needed. We've stayed at The Palms many of times this is a great unit to stay in. Great place to stay.We will definitely be staying in this unit again

The location was great close to everything, best part was the dolphin show all day long from the balcony. We had planned on doing a dolphin cruise but with all the dolphin activity right at the condo we didnt need to.

Great location, easy access to public beach. Literally across the street. The community pool and hot tub were clean and nice. The condo has everything you need, the beds were comfortable and the balcony is perfect! The check in/out procedures were clear and easy to follow. I would definitely stay here again if I were back in the area!!

Great location. Next to Publix for groceries, a cross the street from the beach, 3 minutes to Ricky T’s! Note: you cannot gain access or even try your door code prior to 3pm. Not even 10 minutes. You will get locked out after 3 tries.Note: king bed is very hard and Queen bed is very soft. We made it work but it may bother some. Kitchen well equipped. Comfortable living room furniture. Nice big balcony overlooking the Bay. Overall, great stay and we would stay again!

I would stay here again. Check in was easy. the condo was nice, clean and big. The only down side was the second bedroom. If you close the door even with the ceiling fan on, it gets a bit stuffy in there. We had to leave the bedroom door open to circulate the air. Otherwise, I had no complaints.
