nice but could be better

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Kids loved the pools and hot tub. there was a blu-ray but wasn't hooked up and in one of the bedrooms and not in the theatre tv area with no wires to hook-up so the movies we brought were a bust. Kitchen needs a whisk, full set of marked measuring cups and spoons. Over abundance of silverware and dishes and we had 9 people. Dishwasher soap dispenser doesn't open went washing. Warped patio table tops and the two chair gliders have rusty and missing screws and nuts. Could use a broiler pan for stove. The charcoal grill was on the side of a steep driveway and not convenient to use, so didn't...would've preferred a gas grill on the deck. Ice maker dispenser on fridge didn't dispense cubes and only made crushed ice which kept getting clogged in the dispenser. All the light colored sofas, chairs and kitchen chairs had numerous stains.
