With fascinating lake and mountain views in a sunny hillside location with lots of surrounding nature on the edge of the mountain village approx. 800 m on foot or by car from the lake and the centre of Pianello. The holiday home has several outdoor areas: charming courtyard with seating furniture at the entrance roof terrace with a dreamlike lake panoramaa lush garden with palm trees and Mediterranean plants with sun decka small reading balcony by the sleeping area on request.
In the annexe there is a large room for yoga, music making, gymnastics etc. The large garden has paths that are sometimes used by other residents.

Pianello del Lario has beautiful, partly flat beaches and long shore paths - about 800 m away.
In 5 - 10 min. you walk along beautiful paths into the village and to the beaches.

Bright and modern with historical elements, stone tile floors on the ground floor, parquet flooring in the sleeping areas on the upper floor, entrance from the lake side or via the courtyard on the ground floor:

The ground floor can be heated with central heating.

Ideal for families and travel groups with an exceptional sense of living and holidays, hikers and mountain bikers. The landlady Barbara is a yoga teacher. The stairs to the sleeping area are steep and not fall-proof. Individual wall protrusions in front of the house and on the property may require increased supervision with children.
There is a weekend studio in the rear garden area with permanent tenants.

There is collective parking approx. 150 m from the house. The holiday home can be reached via a few stairs and natural stone paving.

The following costs are to be paid on site:
- Heating according to consumption, only if used € 20 per day (only heating available on the ground floor)
- Tourist tax 1€ per person/day in the period from June to September from 14 years of age
