The separate kitchen is well-equipped with a four-burner ceramic stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, and toaster. A bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine (coin-operated) is also on this level.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and wardrobe, and another with two individual beds (extendable) and a TV. A second bathroom with a shower and toilet is available, along with a safety gate for children.
