Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Holiday Rentals Service Office at Strandstraße 3, 23746 Kellenhusen.

This 4-room holiday home, located near the beach in a quiet, family-friendly residential park, is ready and waiting for you. With a living area of approximately 77 m², this end-of-row house features two bright bedrooms on the ground floor, an additional bedroom in the attic (accessible via a space-saving staircase with butterfly steps), and a lovely, covered south-facing terrace.

On the ground floor is the living room with a cosy couch and dining area, a TV, and direct access to the furnished terrace. The new kitchen exudes that classic beach house vibe and leaves nothing to be desired. The amenities include, among other things, an oven, a dishwasher, a built-in microwave, and a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The ground floor also features a modern bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. On the ground floor, you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed (2x 90x200 cm) and another bedroom with two single beds (each 90x200 cm). There is another bathroom with a shower on this floor. In the attic, accessible via a space-saving staircase, there is an additional, bright bedroom with a double bed (2x 90x200 cm) and a chest of drawers. The skylights are equipped with electric exterior shutters. Wi-Fi is included for your use.

Enjoy your holiday with a good book in your own beach chair on the covered south-facing terrace by the house. You can extend an awning here for additional sun protection. During the season, from approximately May through September, a seasonal beach chair is available to you on the beach, depending on seasonal weather conditions.

An outdoor parking space next to the house is reserved for you. You can conveniently store any bicycles you bring with you in a garden shed right next to the house. A travel cot and a high chair are included in the basic amenities.

The rental price is valid for up to 4 people; additional guests will be charged an extra fee per night.
