Wonderful views! A big garden ,plenty of corners to eat or read in the sun or in the shade... Very pleasant to sleep with the airconditioning. We spend 2 weeks of our summerholiday with our family in the domaine.We loved it!

Wunderschöne Ausblicke

Das Haus liegt malerisch eingebettet am Hang zwischen Kiefern und Korkeichen. Der Garten bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer und viele angenehme Sitzgelegenheiten. Besonders das "Nest" hat es uns angetan. Bei unserem Aufenthalt im Herbst waren wir allerdings auch froh um den Esstisch drinnen, da die Sonne früh unterging und die Mücken in der Dämmerung besonders aktiv waren. Ein weiteres Highlight waren die Sonnenaufgänge über dem Meer, welche sich direkt vom Schlafzimmer aus beobachten liessen. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Ort!

Traumschön

Gaou Bénat heißt Urlaub hinter der Schranke - was in der Saison bedeutet, die Natur der Côte d'Azur ohne Rummel und Gedränge in ruhiger Privatsphäre erleben zu können. Das Grundstück selbst liegt keine 5 Minuten zum Strand treppabwärts und 10 Gehminuten zu Tennisplätzen und Segelclub der Domaine und hat unfassbar schöne Terrassenblicke in die Bucht des de facto privaten Strands und in die umliegenden Küstenabschnitte. Morgens geht überm Wasser die Sonne auf. Auf der Terrasse gibt es viele Sitzgelegenheiten und zum Essen einen tolle überdachte Veranda, auf der tatsächlich fast immer ein Wind weht. Außendusche ist auch da, eine zweite in einer tiefer liegenden weiteren Terrasse. Haus selbst atmet den Baustand der 1950/60er Jahre, als die Bungalow-Villen in dem Gebiet errichtet wurden, bspw. sind die holzfurnierten Fenster und Türen und auch der Boden noch im Originalzustand, auch viele Einbauschränke im Haus. Das ist alles sehr charmant und authentisch, es klemmt und knackt aber halt auch an manchen Stellen. Und modernen Komfort wie eine Klimaanlage gibt es nicht - man schläft im Warmen. Hausbewohner wie Mücken und Ameisen gehören auch dazu. Wenn man sich auf all das einlässt (und das empfehle ich nachdrücklich!), belohnt einen dieses Haus mit traumschöner Natur, einem eingewachsenem, liebevoll gestalteten Garten am Hang und immer wieder neuen allerschönsten Blicken. Gut ausgestattete Küche mit großer Edelstahlplancha draußen. Man merkt, dass die Eigentümer selbst hier wohnen.
