Paradise Boschetto Beach Bungalow with Pool

The newly renovated holiday bungalow is a little paradise in a picturesque location on the sunny lakeshore on the headland La Punta opposite Gera Lario. Enjoy the romantic atmosphere in a location close to the lake as well as the dreamlike view of the surrounding mountains. Your holiday bungalow is surrounded by a large, richly planted garden. There is plenty of space for recreational games in the garden and for sports enthusiasts, two canoes with life jackets are available free of charge for adventurous trips to the lake! On the lake side is the large conservatory, with a view of the pool and a partial view of the lake or the Mera estuary and the sparkling lake. In the surrounding area there are other holiday homes and private villas as well as the popular country trattoria Boschetto. There is a private natural beach area in community only 30 m from your garden, with access also for smaller boats, surfing equipment and canoes.

There is a large pool that is open from April to mid-October, depending on the weather. Someone comes round every Friday to clean the pool. There is equipment available for self-cleaning in between.
Or you can use a communal beach of 3 owners approx. 30 metres away. Small boats, canoes and windsurfing equipment can also be launched there without a trailer. There are other stretches of beach on the headland, mostly sandy and shallow. There is a kitesurfing school and hire shop at the campsite.

The bungalow is newly renovated and furnished to a high standard.
Through the gate you enter the garden driveway, which leads to the house entrance.

On the pool side is the large living room with couch area and the conservatory with dining table set. To the garden side is the fitted kitchen.

From the living area you have access to the terrace with a beautiful all-round view of the greenery, partly the lake and the fantastic mountains.

On the right side there is a double room and a twin room sharing a bathroom with shower.
On the left side there is a double room with its own bathroom and shower.

The bungalow convinces with its location, the pool and the large garden with playground equipment and plenty of space to play. The new furnishing is modern, bright and friendly.

There is space for your vehicles in the garden.

The following costs are to be paid on site:
- Electricity according to consumption €0.30 per kWh
- Air conditioning according to consumption, only when used €0.30 per kWh
- Heating according to consumption, only when used €0.30 per kWh
- Pellets on request
- Tourist tax €1 per person/day from 10 years of age from March to October

A security deposit of €200.00 in cash is required upon arrival. The deposit will be returned to you upon departure.
