Please make sure windows and screen room are locked.
Leave thermostat on the range of 68-72 degrees as you found it upon arrival.
DO NOT LOCK BOTTOM LOCK ON FRONT DOOR!!!

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Family home and quiet neighborhood.
Please rinse salt/sand off of beach and fishing gear with hose to the left of the front door.
Sand is great for the beach not inside garage or house.
Please keep all food and drinks in kitchen and dining area.
TRASH TUESDAY Put bins out Monday evening.
