This adorable beach cottage is as close as you can get to direct gulf front without being gulf front! Getting to the beach requires a 30 second walk without crossing any roads. This gives you the advantage of being gulf front without paying the extra rates!

This home underwent renovations and is a great place to spend your vacation. The entire interior of the house was painted and the wood floors refinished to a beautiful sheen! It also received new lighting, new furniture, all new bedding, and new decor! The overall feel of the house was designed to reflect the natural elements of the beach. Vacationers will enjoy the natural textures and calming elements that are found throughout the gulf coast.

The main level of the house has a large great room, dining area, and kitchen combination. This open concept is perfect for groups because it allows you to gather when watching TV, playing games, or eating meals. The living room has large comfortable couches (with one being a queen sleeper sofa), a nice sized flat screen, and a beautiful fireplace. The dining area has a new farmhouse table with benches on both sides and two end chairs to allow seating for 10. The kitchen island also provides seating for 3 more. The dining area opens to a nice deck with a gas grill for your convenience.

This main level also has a precious bunk room with a three-tier custom bed that is an instant hit with kids. The bed has a queen on bottom with two twins stacked on top which allows sleeping for 4. This bedroom also connects to the main level bathroom which is a full bath with a shower.
The top floor of the home has three additional bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a laundry room. The master bedroom has a beautiful custom king size bed as well as a queen size Murphy bed. This room also has a large flat screen, a large en suite bathroom, as well as a private balcony off the sliding glass doors. The other two bedrooms both have queen sized beds, spacious closets, and flat screen tv's, these two bedrooms share a full-size bathroom which has a tub/shower combination.

Below the house, you will find a nice over flow space with room to hang. The owner has provided corn hole and a few other outside games for vacationers to enjoy!

Wonderful Family Vacation House

Most importantly, the house was a very short walk to the beach. The house was well equipped and the rooms were good. The mattress and pillows were not as comfortable as being at home, but what is?

Just What We Needed

This was a GREAT property! We enjoyed ourselves SO much! The property was clean when we arrived, and we REALLY enjoyed the beach chairs and proximity of the house to the beach! Our kids even went to the local firehouse and got a tour from the nice firemen and women on a day where the weather wasn't favorable. It was a great time!

This house and its location was perfect for us. 4 adults, 4 teens, and 3 children. The only drawback was that there were no blankets. Had we known we would have brought our own. Everything else wonderful!

Great Navarre Beach rental

House worked well for our group of 13 mixed ages. Communication with management was excellent. The only improvement would be to add another hot water tank or a larger one. For this many people, there’s not enough hot water for showers without waiting. Other than that, it was excellent.

3 negatives: not 1 blanket in the whole house. I would suggest a blanket in each bedroom closet. The kitchen cookware was inadequate and old. The outdoor grill had not been cleaned prior to us arriving. Positives: Great location just steps from the beach! We loved that they provided beach chairs. Loved the Adirondack chairs on front porch!

Navarre Beach 👍

The house was nice and the pictures online are a good representation! Everyone enjoyed our stay very much! It’s basically on the beach which is nice too! For a house that allows dogs, it was very clean and had no pet smells either which I appreciated!! The only things I’d recommend is to maybe have 6-8 beach chairs for guests to use and to clean up the outside area around the house. The landscape around the house has a lot of scrubby plants, but some have stickers which aren’t good for human (even wearing flip flops) or pet feet and there is some trash/construction debris littered around. So maybe trim and pickup could/should be done around the yard area?? Property Management was easy to reach and very helpful prior to our visit too. The house was great and we had a great time and would book again if we visit Navarre again!

Some pics look nothing like the house. Bedrooms and bathrooms specifically. The beds are in terrible shape. The bedding is old and paper thin. The bathrooms smell and there is mold. The closets barely open and are full of junk. The upstairs had dirty clothes in it. We stay In Navarre every year and this was not worth the money. Look elsewhere.

SeaEsta Stay

Our stay was very nice, we enjoyed the house, and we ended up having 11 family members instead of the planned 13. The bunk room was awesome for the teens and one took to the couch. We didn't let the couch out for the bed because we could not find any bed sheets or cover for it. Nor could we any for the hide-a-bed in the master bedroom, which was pretty neat. But other than that we felt we could make do without calling anyone so we did. The only other thing was that there was not a shower outside but a broken hose at the spicket. So rinsed our legs the best we could before going in. None of this hindered us from having a great time, the proximity to the beach was awesome, met some great people during the stay! We will be back next year!

There's much potential with this house, but needs numerous leaks repaired. The leaks were not fixed. We had light rain & water was coming through the walls. These were not new leaks as the walls were soft, paint ruined & floors were starting to buckle. There was also leaks under two sinks which caused a strong odor (buckets had been placed underneath to catch water). When we called the agency about this they informed us the owners knew about all the problems & had not fixed them, disappointing. This house is in a great location & is decorated nicely, but if the major issues aren't fixed soon it will not be rentable.

Great location

The house was in a great location, but the furniture was in very bad condition. Couches were so used that you could feel the springs in the seating, also very dirty. Beds were equally terrible. We were not in the house very much thankfully unless it was raining. There was a lot of old water damage from something that happened at some point in most of the cabinets. The furniture should really be addressed with the amount of rent being charged.

Overall the house was very nice. Location was fabulous! House was very clean and everything was as listed and pictured. The bunk beds were absolutely perfect for our kids. Plenty of chairs on the porch for all of us to hang in the mornings and evenings. However, the house definitely had some wear. The couches need to be replaced. Also the closets had lots of stuff in them, like paint cans, light bulbs, bikes, etc. They weren't usable for our stuff during our stay. The hot water ran out after a few showers. No closet in the master bedroom. One thing we really needed in the house was a vacuum!.. With sand and kids it would have been great for quick clean-ups instead of a broom. Minor things, but would have made the trip better. But overall it was a great stay.

Family Christmas at Navarre Beach

Our family gathered from Atlanta and Austin to celebrate Christmas at the beach. The house was well suited to our group with plenty of gathering space. The wrap around porch is nice. The bedrooms are very comfortable. We found that we had everything we needed for cooking great meals. The beach is gorgeous and just a minute's walk from the house. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Great Location

House considering its age was in good shape and well kept. Location was perfect. We were there during what is consider winter months and not much traffic so the noise from the road not a problem and I am not sure how it will be in the busy summer season. We enjoyed our stay the only improvement the house needs are the mattresses. Everyone felt the mattresses in the room need replacement. Everyone said the same thing you end up rolling to the center. That is an easy fix & only reason giving a 4 star overall, otherwise location and house were great.

Family vacation

We booked this house for our family vacation. The house was amazing and exceeded our expectations. It was amazing being able to walk to the beach. The house was very clean and very nice. We will definitely be back in the near future.
