Das Objekt ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen! Wir haben es nicht mal bis zu der Ferienwohnung geschafft, da wir schon vorher absolut abgeschreckt waren!

Wenn ich mir die Ferienwohnung nicht mal anschaue kann ich nicht nur den Hausflur und den Fahrstuhl bewerten. Wir vermieten eine Ferienwohnung für die öffentliche Wege im Gebäude ist die Hausverwaltung verantwortlich und nicht der Eigentümer der Wohnung. Und die Kinder waren 13 und 10 Jahre und die haben bestimmt nicht geheult das sie nicht da bleiben wollen und das sie Angst haben. Sie haben nehmlich nächsten Tag auf dem Parkplatz gespielt wo sie Bilder vom Fahrstuhl und Flur und den Fenster gemacht haben.( kinder haben sich wohlgefühlt) Und hier kann man nur eine Bewertung abgeben was auch der Wahrheit entspricht also über die Ferienwohnung! Aber da sie nicht drin waren dürfen sie hier nicht eine Berwertung abgeben und sich äußern.
