This property was exactly what we needed for our stay. The location was easy to find and entry access was simple. The home was immaculate and before our stay the host reached out to ask the ages of our children and provided snacks and toys for them. The home is spacious and fully stocked with all the necessities! Communication was simple and the host was extremely accommodating throughout the entire process. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip to College Station!

I wanted to offer a comfortable townhouse located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, conveniently close to the university, Veteran Park soccer complex, restaurants and shopping. Whether you're visiting for school events, tournaments, work or a relaxing getaway, you'll enjoy easy access to everything while still having a calm place to rest.

What makes this property unique

This property is family friendly, equipped with 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, along with a twin-size couch and twin air mattress capable of sleeping 8. A pack n play is also readily available. The Master bathroom is equipped with safety bars/grab bars for guests needing extra support. Games, puzzles, and cards are also included for family time with all ages. Multiple USB ports are added in all rooms for your charging needs.
