The 65 m² Sonnenschein apartment is located on the ground floor and offers comfortable accommodation for a relaxing stay. The living area features a modern sitting area, a TV, and a fireplace, creating a cosy atmosphere. The separate kitchen features an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a ceramic stove, a refrigerator, and a full range of kitchen utensils—it is fully equipped. It is accessible via the spacious veranda with a dining area. The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed, the other with a single bed and its own TV. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Wi-Fi is, of course, available free of charge.

***The initial supply of consumables includes: 2 rolls of toilet paper, trash bags in all available trash tins, dish soap + 1 dishwasher tablet, 1 dishcloth, 1 sponge, a tea towel, and paper towels***



The four UsedomEngel holiday apartments are centrally located in the heart of the seaside resort of Ahlbeck, just about 300 m from the resort’s fine Baltic Sea beach and only a few metres from the town centre with its shopping options, restaurants, cafés, and stores, as well as the promenade.
The apartments are located on a private property, where one parking space is available per apartment.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM.

Schöne Wohnung im 1. OG, zweckmäßig eingerichtet, in 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß an der Strandpromenade, in 10 Minuten direkt an der Meeresbrandung. Die Veranda der Wohnung ist übrigens ihr Highlight.

Sehr schöne Fewo für drei Personen, gute Ausstattung und Lage. Einkaufmöglichkeiten (Edeka) und Bäckerei in 2 min Gehzeit erreichbar.Parkmöglichkeit für ein Auto vorhanden (ungünstig unter einem Balkon - Dreck oder Gegenstände könnten aufs Auto fallen). Zum Strand und Promenade ca 5 min Gehzeit.Würden die Fewo wieder buchen.
