Our inviting, high-quality holiday apartments are quietly situated among meadows and woods on a cul-de-sac. Whether it’s the white sands of the Baltic Sea or the idyllic Achterwasser with its thatched-roof houses—everything is just a few minutes’ walk or bike ride away, depending on your preference.
The ground-floor apartments, of course, feature 2 bedrooms. The upper-floor apartments have up to 3 bedrooms. A large, bright living area opens onto an open-concept kitchen and dining area. The bathrooms are spacious with plenty of storage space. Our quiet location on a cul-de-sac ensures peace and relaxation.
In the 90-square-meter apartments, you can reflect on the day’s experiences in the comfortable armchairs or seating areas, or relax in front of our large flat-screen TVs while watching a film. However, the covered patios and large balconies—with views stretching all the way to the Achterwasser—are also perfect for lingering, thanks to their comfortable furnishings.
In the fully equipped kitchen—complete with a ceramic cooktop, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle, as well as plenty of kitchen utensils—preparing breakfast, lunch, or dinner becomes a shared pleasure.

Thanks to the central location, all kinds of recreational activities are within easy reach.
The white Baltic Sea beach or the Achterwasser are just a few minutes away on foot or by bike.
Bike rentals and a horseback riding stable are about 200 metres away.
Go for a walk or jog directly from the house to the Baltic Sea beach or the Achterwasser through meadows and forests. Wellness, sauna, water sports, or fishing are available right in town or in a neighbouring town.
An internationally recognised 18-hole golf course is located in the town of Balm, about 15 km away.

This non-smoking apartment with an upscale ambiance features a large, bright living room with an open dining and kitchen area. The apartment has 3 bedrooms—one furnished with a double bed, the others with 2 single beds—all equipped with high-quality slatted frames and mattresses, as well as ample storage space. The fully equipped, brand-name built-in kitchen—complete with a ceramic cooktop, oven, high-quality pots and pans, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer combo, and much more—leaves nothing to be desired. The bathroom is spacious, featuring a shower, heated towel rack, and ample counter space. Upstairs, the sunny living room opens onto a southwestern-facing balcony with beautiful patio furniture and a view of the Achterwasser, inviting you to linger.
For the little ones, a free cot and a high chair are available upon request.
A bike shed and a free parking space right next to the house are, of course, provided.
