This was a great house! The house was very clean (and I am somewhat of a germaphobe), the carpet was newer and clean, the furniture seemed newer and was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The property is very well kept, and the outdoor space was ideal for hanging out. We have a 1 year old who crawled around the living room and I did not have worry about the cleanliness of the floor, which my husband and I greatly appreciated (we tried to remove our outdoor shoes when walking on the carpet because this is what will help keep it nicer longer, if future guests also do that, it will remain just as nice for other renters). There were items available for child use (high chair, pack-n-play, and dishes). Having access to the garage was great as well. The location of the home was perfect and close to major highways. My only recommendations for those staying at this property is that you can hear street noise at night, and with rude people that rev engines it can be disruptive, but with the use of a sound machine while sleeping, we found it to be tolerable and it did not wake our baby. We brought our babies rain fall sound machine which masked any outdoor noise pretty well, and then we used cell phone to play some soothing background sounds in the other rooms. We would stay again at this property despite traffic noise, since it can be mitigated.
