Welcome to a spacious 4-bedroom whole-home rental in a quiet, established Gladstone/Northland residential neighborhood, set up for families and groups visiting Kansas City for the World Cup.
This comfortable home sleeps up to 8 guests and gives your group room to spread out between events. The home includes a king bedroom (with a Sleep Number bed), queen bedroom, beach-themed bedroom with a mini-twin futon, and TV room/flex sleeping space, along with multiple living areas, a full kitchen, dining space, piano, and comfortable indoor gathering areas.
Outside, guests can enjoy a large backyard, BBQ grill, gazebo with swing, and private driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles.
The location is convenient for World Cup travelers: about 15 minutes from Kansas City International Airport and approximately 20 minutes from GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium, depending on traffic. Please allow extra travel time on match days and during major events.
Guest-accessible bathrooms include 2 bathrooms with bathing facilities plus 1 half-bath-style space. Laundry access may be available for longer stays by prior arrangement. Basement, garage, and owner-storage areas are not included.

I’m originally from Los Angeles and moved to the Kansas City area in the mid-90s. I quickly came to love Kansas City for its friendly people, strong sense of community, and wonderful quality of life.
