The new holiday home on Usedom with an ocean view impresses with its modern design and luxurious amenities. It features a spacious living-dining area with a large table, a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher, kitchen island, automatic coffee maker and capsule coffee machine, microwave, and oven; a living room with a gas fireplace and a cosy sofa; a recreation room with a foosball table and dartboard, 4 bedrooms with views of the garden and the sea, as well as flat-screen TVs, and 3 bathrooms with a freestanding bathtub, toilet, and shower, along with a washing machine and dryer. From the spacious terrace, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the lush green garden with a hot tub and seating areas, as well as the lagoon—it’s the perfect spot for a leisurely breakfast or a refreshing aperitif. The highlight: the private sauna with a relaxation room, where you can simply sweat out the stress of everyday life. We provide linen packages (bed linens and towels) for your stay (included in the total price). Sauna packages (dressing gown and 2 sauna towels) can be provided upon request (12.50 EUR per person). For a toddler, a high chair and a cot with linens can be provided for a fee (5.00 EUR each per day).

Upon arrival, a security deposit of 1,500.00 EUR must be paid in cash or via real-time bank transfer; this deposit will be refunded via bank transfer no later than 7 days after departure, provided the holiday rental is returned undamaged.

Welcome to the Designer Villa Am Haff—picturesquely situated directly on the Usedom cliffs with stunning views of the Szczecin Lagoon.

The modern, 400 m² villa, built in the Bauhaus style, is situated on a 6,000 m² property, the lower half of which—below the cliff’s edge—is completely untouched by human hands. In addition to mature trees, which are atmospherically illuminated in the evening, there is a wide belt of reeds that stretches all the way to the lagoon.
This is literally where foxes and hares say “good night” to each other—and you’ll often see deer strolling along the cliff’s edge in the light of the tree spotlights.

The upper half of the property features a well-maintained, fully fenced garden with a spacious lawn and a cosy seating area situated right at the edge of the cliff, where you can catch the last rays of the day with a glass of wine.

Adjacent to the lawn is the house with its 150 m² terrace—equipped with a large dining table set, a lounge area, lounge chairs, umbrellas, and an electric grill.

Enjoy the view of the lagoon directly from the hot tub—a special experience on clear nights, as the unique location in the midst of nature offers a sea of stars in the sky.

Upon entering the house, the feeling of spaciousness continues indoors—a large entryway with a cantilevered staircase opens out to the sides into two symmetrical areas. On the left is the large, open living area with a comfortable seating arrangement and satellite TV (65) as well as a cosy reading nook. The floor-to-ceiling windows can be opened almost their full width when needed.

A modern gas fireplace serves as a room divider between the living area and the entryway, providing soothing warmth in just a few minutes.
On the right is an open, spacious, and modern kitchen-dining area, fully equipped with a dishwasher, induction stove, steam oven, raclette grill, coffee maker, microwave, and Nespresso machine.
