The villa offers multiple indoor and outdoor gathering spaces designed for relaxation, entertainment, and connection. Whether enjoying a meal with ocean views, relaxing by the pool, or spending time together indoors, there is plenty of space for everyone. A foosball table on the main floor adds an extra element of fun for guests of all ages. The property also features private on-site parking for up to 3 vehicles and/or golf carts.

One level below the main living, dining, and kitchen area, guests will find a second lounge and entertainment space featuring:

Located one level above the main living area:



One King bedroom

One bedroom with two Twin beds. This room has an external door which can be locked with a high sliding lock and is also connected to the King bedroom. This setup allows for two independent rooms or two connected rooms like a family suite ideal for families traveling with children.



Guests on this level share a spacious full hallway bathroom with double sinks, bathtub, walk-in shower, and toilet.



This floor also features an ocean-view balcony with outdoor seating.



Top Level



The highest level of the home features:

Housekeeping On-Site Support



Housekeeping is included Monday to Friday (cleaning, laundry, and general upkeep of the indoor spaces)

A caretaker lives in a separate apartment on the property and is available if you have questions about the house or pool during your stay

To help you settle in comfortably, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials including coffee, sugar, salt pepper, toiletries, toilet paper, hand soap, laundry detergent, and dishwasher tablets (where applicable).



Our Concierge Team can assist with car or golf cart rentals, tours and activities, private chef services, pre-arrival grocery stocking, special occasions, and wellness experiences such as in-home massages.
