Renovated in 2021, practical furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm), 1 sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm), cable TV. Exit to the balcony, south facing position. Small, open kitchen (4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (delizio) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)) with dining nook. Shower/WC. Balcony, south facing position. Balcony furniture. No view. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.
