This quiet, tucked away home is just minutes from I68, shopping and restaurants. Downtown is a 10 minute drive where you can enjoy concerts, farmers' markets, and the walking district.
Fully renovated in 2025, the home has a new roof, siding, flooring, bathrooms, kitchen and deck.
There is Wi-Fi with a great view for working from home and many areas to sit and enjoy a morning coffee or tea looking for birds and deer.

Love this place. Price is very reasonable. House is clean and comfortable. Looks to be recently renovated. Great views from the back deck overlooking the valley!

This was a really lovely place to stay on a quick trip to Cumberland. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with a great Mountain View off the back deck. The property was clean and the owner was communicative. Convenient to town and the scenic railroad. The only complaint I have was the thermostat was auto set to a temp that was too high for the summer, and I had to wake up twice to make it cooler. Other than that it really is exactly as advertised and I would stay again.

The host was very responsive and accessible. The house is freshly updated and uncluttered. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The view is lovely. The showers are small but manageable and there is no washing machine or dryer at this property. Overall it is a nice place and met our need for sleeping and making breakfast. We will very likely stay here again when we are in the area visiting family.

This was where my grandmother lived when I was young. This home, street, mountain and city are close to my heart because of the family memories made. I’m so happy to keep it in the family and share the love and view.
