This cosy “Korsar” category holiday apartment is located in the new section of the holiday park and occupies the entire upper floor of a holiday home. With 50 m² of space, it comfortably accommodates up to 4 people for a wonderful stay. The apartment features a spacious living area with an open, fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, comfortable seating, and a flat-screen TV. From here, you can step out onto your own balcony and enjoy the wonderful North Sea weather.
You’ll also find two bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

The name “Korsar” doesn’t just refer to buccaneers and a class of sailboats—it also stands for a comfortable semi-detached home of approx. 50 m², where up to 3 people (plus a toddler) can enjoy a carefree holiday near the North Sea.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a bright living room with an open kitchen and dining table, as well as a small guest bathroom. The bedrooms (one with a double bed and TV, the other child-friendly and furnished with a single bed) and a bathroom with a shower are located on the upper floor. Additionally, you have access to the sun terrace with garden furniture, a storage room, and a parking space next to the house.



Well-behaved pets are welcome here (for a fee)! Please register your pet when making your reservation.



The holiday home is located just beyond the dike. Comfortable and tastefully furnished over approximately 50 square metres and designed for a maximum of 3 (Korsar II) or 4 (Korsar I) people (plus one toddler, if applicable), you’ll find everything you need for a carefree holiday.
A beautiful semi-detached house awaits you in the lively North Sea resort of Burhave on the Butjadingen peninsula. Enjoy a relaxing holiday right by the North Sea!
The house spans two levels and features either two bathrooms with a shower or bathtub and toilet, or one bathroom on the upper floor and a guest bathroom on the ground floor. The master bedroom has a large double bed, and the children’s room has either a pull-out single bed or two single beds. 

If you’re travelling with a toddler, you’re welcome to request a travel cot or high chair for a fee. Please let us know in advance so these items will be ready upon your arrival!

Please note that our accommodation is rented exclusively for tourist stays. Rentals to construction workers are not permitted.

Adjacent to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a terrace here. Enjoy the sunshine and the fresh North Sea air while having breakfast or relaxing! But even outside the peak season, the house is an ideal starting point for exploring the North Sea coast.
You’re welcome to bring your own towels and bed linens, or you can use our service and find them ready upon arrival. In the central administration building, you also have the option to use a washing machine and dryer for a fee.
Parking for your car is available right next to the house. A flat-rate final cleaning fee applies to the apartment. However, you’re also welcome to handle the final cleaning yourself in exchange for a security deposit. The security deposit will be refunded to you after your departure.
There are a variety of recreational activities for children and adults in Burhave as well as in the surrounding area. Take a dip at the Nordseelagune water park – enjoy swimming in the seawater lake, which has no tides – or at the DLG-monitored beaches along the coast with no admission fee; take advantage of the swimming pool, sauna, or the play barn—which features a go-kart track and mini-golf, among other attractions—in town. Explore the region by bike—you’ll find a very well-developed network of bike trails stretching up to 250 km. You can also enjoy plenty of sailing, surfing, swimming, horseback riding, skating, Nordic walking, mudflat hiking, and fishing here. A place for an active holiday or simply for pure relaxation.
