Estuvimos muy cómodos
Pros: La casa es amplia, con una cocina muy equipada para cualquier cosa que desearas cocinar tanto en la vitrocerámica como en el horno. Tenía de todo. Tiene 3 espacios al aire libre muy útiles, tanto para secar tu ropa de playa como para cenar o relajarte en exteriores. La atención y cuidados de la persona que lleva la casa es destacable; tras pasar este verano por diferentes casa de alquiler entre islas, sin lugar a dudas el contacto con Omar( la persona que lleva la casa) ha sido muy bueno, está atento a todo, sin llegar a molestar en ningún momento. Nos encontramos tan bien, tanto en Fuerteventura como en la casa que ampliamos un día más nuestra estancia. Es un lugar que recomiendo, siempre que tengas coche para moverte. Por último destacar que era un lugar tranquilo y sin ruidos.

Auffälligkeiten/Probleme
1. Zugang zum Objekt über zwei Codesperren (Gartentor und Haustüre) 6 bzw. 10 stelliger Zahlencode, der erst relativ kurz vor Ankunft mitgeteilt wird. Probleme bei der Eingabe wegen Blendung und ungenügender Videoanleitung. Nach nur zwei Fehlversuchen erfolgte Komplettsperrung des Zugangs. Freischaltung kompliziert und zeitaufwendig.
2. Kommunikation mit der genannten Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort schwierig.
3. Empfang deutscher TV Programme nicht live möglich, sondern nur über Mediathek und Zeitversatz.
4. Im Wohnzimmer mehrere Überwachungskameras. Schutz der Privatsphäre?
5. Starke Hellhörigkeit zum Nachbarhaus (laute Musik und Gespräche).
6. Während des gesamten Aufenthalts Lärmbelästigung durch Baustelle im übernächsten Haus (bohren, schlagen, hämmern).

Wir nehmen mit außerordentlichem Bedauern zur Kenntnis, dass es offensichtlich Schwierigkeiten gab beim Zugang zur Unterkunft, mit den Schlössern kam. Hier ist es immer hilfreich, wenn man vor Ort den Gastgeber bzw. die Agentur zurate zieht, was Sie ja auch getan haben. Dies sollte man auch bei anderen Missständen umgehend tun, damit ihnen schnellstmöglich Hilfestellung geleistet werden kann. Bei Sprachbarrieren steht Ihnen unser internationales Kundenbetreuungsteam zur Verfügung. Dass die Bauweise in südlichen Gefilden nicht unbedingt auf Isolierung achtet, bitten wir zu berücksichtigen, natürlich ist es nicht besonders angenehm. Auch dass Sie durch die Baugeräusche in der weiteren Nachbarschaft gestört wurden tut uns leid, leider haben wir hier keinen Einfluss. Für Ihre persönliche Einschätzung bedanken wir uns und hoffen, dass wir Sie in Zukunft wieder in einer Bookiply Unterkunft begrüßen zu dürfen.
