Our modern holiday rental is 54 square metres in size and includes a garden and parking space.
It is located on the southern outskirts of town in a quiet area.
It is an ideal starting point for biking, mountain, and hiking tours—for example, to Ettal Abbey with its famous basilica, beer, and liqueur specialities, or to the Graswang Valley and Linderhof Palace.
A beautiful destination for a day trip is Oberammergau’s local mountain, the Kofel, and the Kolbensattelhütte. You can then make your way back down into the valley via the Alpin-Coaster, the chairlift, or on foot.
Near our holiday rental is the Laber, at an elevation of 1,686 metres, which you can climb by mountain railway or on foot. From the Laber, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the Ammer Valley and the “Blue Land.”
Just a few minutes’ walk from us are the Walburg-Zeil Clinic, the German Armed Forces Training Centre, and the NATO School.
During your stay, you can use your personal guest card for free bus and train rides in the region—for example, to Füssen, Linderhof, Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Murnau, Wieskirche, and more.
The public bus stop is a 2-minute walk away (approx. 100 m).
If you are travelling with children, a children’s discount is available by telephone arrangement; it is also possible to book the holiday rental for longer stays.



Holiday Rental:

Our holiday rental is a cosy ground-floor apartment with a garden and parking space.
It is located on the southern edge of town with a view of our local mountain, the Kofel.
About 100 metres away is the bus stop for free trips with the guest card to Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Linderhof Palace, Füssen, etc.
You can also take the bus to the train station. From there, you can take the train for free to Bad Kohlgrub, Murnau, etc.

Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM.
