Unterirdischer Service

Das Haus war schmutzig, es gab weder Handtücher noch Bettwäsche, diese war aber bestellt und bezahlt!!!! Das Waschbecken in der Küche war verstopft, auch die Spülmaschine konnte nicht benutzt werden! Sämtliche Versuche, Kontakt zum Vermieter oder novasol aufzunehmen, liefen ins Leere! Nie wieder novasol oder GeWo direkt!

Schönes kleines Haus direkt am Wasser

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das kleine Haus liegt direkt am Wasser und ist sehr gemütlich und mit allem Nötigen eingerichtet. Für eine Familie mit 2 Jugendlichen allerdings zu klein, zu Zweit perfekt. Leider war es nicht richtig sauber, insgesamt eher unordentlich und müsste mal von Grund auf ausgemistet und aufgeräumt werden. Auch fehlten wichtige Informationen und es war schwierig über die Hotline Kontakt zu bekommen, weil u.A. der Abfluss in der Küche defekt war. Die Lage ganz in der Nähe der Fähre war extrem ruhig und entspannend, die Ferienhaussiedlung kaum bewohnt. Zu den nächstgrößeren Orten fährt man 20-30 Minuten mit dem Auto, aber es gibt im Ort Gedser einen kleinen Supermarkt und viel wunderschöne Landschaft drumherum.
