Ein Traumhaus in Traumlage

Gutes Haus in toller Lage

Das Haus war wie im Inserat beschrieben. Relativ große Schlafräume (ein extra Babybett konnte entspannt aufgestellt werden) mit genug Stauraum für Kleidung. Sauna,Waschmaschiene und Trockner sind ohne Aufpreis nutzbar. Es gibt große Kaffetassen und in der Küche war auch sonst alles Notwendige vorhanden (sogar scharfe Messer). Die Lage ist perfekt -direkter Blick auf den See,tolle Sitzmöglichkeit am Steg - hier ist auch direkt eine große Spielwiese. Das Kanu und die SUPs sind natürlich der Hammer( Schwimmwesten in verschiedenen Größen ebenfalls vorhanden). Einen Abzug gibt es dafür,dass das Haus bei Anreise (kaltes Nieselpieselwetter) super ausgekühlt war - die Fußbodenheizung war komplett runtergeregelt. Der Kamin ( Holz ist frei nutzbar) hat zumindest im Wohn - und Küchenbereich für Wärme gesorgt. In den Bädern gab es seperate Handtuchheizkörper die ebenfalls schnell hochgeregelt haben. Der Rest des Hauses war erst am nächsteb Tag auf Wohlfühltemperatur. Einen zweiten kleinen Abzug gibt es für die Check Out Zeit von 10 Uhr - liebe Vermieter dann schiebt doch bitte die Check In Zeit etwas nach hinten - dafür hat man nach seinem Urlaub auch eine entspannte Abreise und keinen unnötigen Stress. :) 11 Uhr würde ja schon reichen. ;)

Ferienhaus Villa Allegra in Lychen

Fantastisch! Bitte versprechen Sie mir, dass niemals dieses wunderbare Grundstück verbaut wird. Der Privatsteg lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Wasser im See ist herrlich. Das Haus total familienfreundlich. Ein sehr gelungener Urlaub! Familie Ulrich/Seneca.
