The Dascio holiday residence, with a total of 8 holiday apartments, is located near the small lakeside village of Dascio on Lake Mezzola, in Lombardy's largest nature reserve, Pian di Spagna, at the foot of Lake Como. A holiday oasis right on the lake shore with panoramic views of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The lakeside road leads to the village of Dascio with two well-known fish restaurants, and ends about 700 m further on. Your holiday home is surrounded by nature: the lake, a birdwatching and sports area: rowing, canoeing, stand-up paddleboarding. Meadows on the lake side, rocky slopes on the mountain side, and scattered houses in the neighborhood. On the lake side is the underwater-lit pool with deck chairs and the Jacuzzi. On the lake shore is the deck chair area and the dining table area with barbecue. Boat mooring on request.
On the lake side is the panoramic balcony with a canopy, dining table, and two sun loungers.
The underwater-lit pool is open from Holy Week before Easter until the end of October, weather permitting, and at other times on request.
The jacuzzi can be used all year round.
For an additional charge: access to the modern spa and wellness area with sauna, whirlpool, and Turkish steam bath.
Two showers and a changing room are also available. Towels and soap are provided on site.
The spa area can be booked on site and paid for in cash or by credit card.
Opening hours are daily from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and admission is restricted to guests aged 18 and over.
Your vacation destination Dascio has natural access to the river mouth for swimming.
Small boats, canoes, and stand-up paddleboards can be stored on the lake shore, and a staircase leads down to the lake.
The vacation apartment impresses with its bright and friendly interior design, which combines high-quality furniture with a modern Lombard flair. The floors are fitted with wood-effect tiles, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The Dolce apartment is located in the attic and has a side balcony facing the lake and a shared balcony with a private area facing the pool. A sunny roof terrace leads to the staircase and the entrance to the vacation apartment. There you will find a bright living and dining area with a practical fitted kitchen. The living area is furnished with a double sofa bed and offers access to a wide balcony from which you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the lake.
The sleeping area has a cozy triple bedroom with both a double bed and a single bed. The bathroom is modernly furnished and has a shower.
The location on the edge of the nature reserve is delightful all year round:

Due to the location on the lake shore and the pool, small children must be supervised closely despite the fenced property.
